How do I choose the right size cricket bat?
Bat size depends on the player's height. We offer everything from Size 1 for juniors to Full Size Short Handle (SH) for adults. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart on the product page for specific measurements.
Do you offer bat knocking-in services?
Yes, all COBRA CRICKET bats can be professionally knocked-in for an additional fee. This includes oiling and over 10,000 machine strikes to ensure your bat is match-ready upon arrival.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship our premium cricket gear worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location, and tracking information is provided as soon as the order is dispatched.
What happens if my bat cracks during a game?
Cricket bats are made of natural willow and may show surface cracks. We offer a 6-month warranty on structural handle breaks. Surface cracks in the blade are considered normal wear and tear but can often be repaired by our specialists.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items or bats that have been used or custom-knocked cannot be returned.
Are your products genuine English Willow?
Yes, COBRA CRICKET only uses Grade 1 to Grade 4 English Willow sourced directly from the UK for our professional ranges, ensuring the highest performance and ping.
